Price:

We will try our best to supply you competitive price, we are not stupid to quote very high price to let our custom leave away. All price can be negotiated.

Sample time:

We will try to finish sample case with 3-5 days if it is easy. It will take longer if sample case complicated or special color needed.

Sample fee:

Free sample or charged samples w/o shipping cost. Please discuss with Jason at beginning.

Mass production:

After sample case approval by customer or confirmed all details, we will go head with mass production. Any request mass production photos will be supply if needed.

Delivery time:

Generally speaking, 22-25 days for order. If any urgent or small order, 7-10 days for delivery time. If big quantity, please negotiated with sales manager.

Packing:

Normally, each case should be package in bubble bag, with inner box and then with master carton. If any special request, please negotiated with sales manager.

Shipping:

We can do Exw, FOB, CF, CIF,DDU and DDP for our customer, LCL shipment and FCL shipment both ok. After we finished order and received balance payment, we will arrange send out shipment.

After-sale service:

If any damage for the shipment or any complain for the order, please email our sales manager Jason@ms-aluminumcase.com for fest solutions.

Payment terms:

T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping, or Negotiated.
